78ph Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 78ph ("78ph," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 78ph.asia and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 78ph Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 78ph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the 78ph Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 78ph Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 78ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 78ph or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded or banned from the 78ph Platform or any related platform operated by 78ph.

78ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 78ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must notify 78ph immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

78ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized such activities.

78ph reserves the right to close or suspend any account that it reasonably believes has been used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of applicable law, without prior notice.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 78ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Deposits are processed via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency, subject to method availability.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. 78ph processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform, which vary by payment method.
• KYC verification: Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. 78ph reserves the right to request updated verification at any time.
• 78ph does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be remitted to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified account in your name.
• 78ph reserves the right to reverse any deposit it suspects was made fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
• Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player and will be disclosed prior to transaction completion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

78ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion's dedicated page.
• 78ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus that it reasonably believes was claimed in breach of these Terms, through multiple accounts, or in a manner that constitutes bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• 78ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments made to Players who have already claimed the relevant Bonus in good faith.
• Players who have requested self-exclusion or applied deposit limits are not eligible to claim new Bonuses during their restriction period.

6. Gameplay Rules and Bet Settlement

All games available on the 78ph Platform are subject to individual game rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters of game outcome and bet settlement.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation except as expressly provided by game rules.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during gameplay, 78ph's system records shall serve as the definitive record of bets placed, game outcomes, and account balances.
• Wins resulting from software malfunctions, errors in odds, or system faults are void. 78ph reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets where it identifies an error that materially affected the outcome or odds.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes are certified by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published on the Platform and are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 78ph Platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity. 78ph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point of account use.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal under applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.

8. Responsible Gaming

78ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings.
• Session time reminders: Players may set session duration alerts.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-excluded Players will not receive marketing communications and will be unable to create new accounts.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of 78ph.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 78ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from Platform use.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services, whether due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 78ph's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 78ph's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 78ph's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Privacy

78ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

78ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 78ph will provide reasonable notice via email or prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where permitted by applicable law, disputes may first be submitted to binding arbitration before resorting to litigation, in accordance with procedures to be notified to Players on a case-by-case basis.
